A fist full of cheats!

To unlock Hard and Bounty Hunter mode complete the game.

To unlock the Very Hard and Red Wood Revolver modes successfully complete the game in Hard mode.

To unlock various cheats at the pause menu you have to play through the game in Bounty Hunter mode.

Invincibility -

Infinite health

Bite the Bullet mode -

1 Shot kills

Golden Gun -

1 Shot Kills

Sad Stars -

Replace blood with stars

Infinite Dead Eye -

Slow motion mode

To unlock the Journal Pages and Showdown Characters purchase every item from the stores

To play as the character Rstar use the spacebar to make a blank entry when starting a new game. You will find that some of the items sold in stores have already been sold to you.

To gain extra health go upstairs during the Bar Brawl and talk to the two ladies in the bath and you will get the option of joining them for $1,500.

If you join them your health will increase to maximum.
