Ahhhhh this I finaly figured out the other day lol was ragging my brains for hours on end hehe what you do is in the morning you go get pharoah(the cat) give him a sandwich then find the character you want to be partners with and talk to then answer one of the top 3 and you will always get a great talk with them you can do this about 4 times a day a certain times (when they move to a different place on map)in the afternoon after school goto the store and purchace a Golden egg sandwich (much easier in afternoon as the roll goes slower than normal) also get the sandwiches tht tht character likes ie. Zane(plain sandwich), Elexis(Jam, egg, ham, chocolate cake, cheese, truffle.think theres another can't remember though) and just feed em them after each one it should ring if it doesnt wait till a different time to give more( make sure it rings before you give golden egg otherwise you could waste it as it wont raise their trust with you).

Make sure you keep dueling with them aswell this will get their trust up super fast good luck =)

Oh and when you go to your room goto the computer and check list of duelists this will tell you how far off partners you are you need 7 hearts filled then you go to the character and talk should ask you be partner
