How do I pick some one up to throw over the rope on royal rumble

Well, this can't be done all the time but I do it about 5 times every Royal Rumble! To do it you must pick a large wrestler (Kane, Undertaker are the main choices) and can only be done to cruiserweights (Rey Mysterio, etc.). I do it by pushing a cruiserweight towards the ropes and when he comes back I press up+circle. Then you should lift them up!! Wooooooooooo!!!!!!!!
To release I think you press square!!
