To throw an opponent out of the Royal Rumble, get them near the ropes and throw them over (Circle and arrow key/analog stick), then once they are over, punch, kick, grapple etc until their golden bar goes to nought and then they will be out.

Get a superheavyweight like big show and grapple up and he will pick them up just throw them out.
