How do you beat Venom when he is crushing the helicopter?

Attack Venom when he is at the helicopter. When he turns to attack you, use your spider sense and continue to avoid him until he goes for the helicopter again.

When he's distracted by Trask and attacking the helicopter, go for it and start your attack again. Keep doing this attack and dodge manuveur and you will ultimately beat him.

Remeber to avoid the fire when dodging Venom.

Well, I done it by hitting venom when he hit the helicopter then when he hits you dodge by jumping.

Then do a flying kick that will keep him mad and stop hitting the helicopter and gives you more time to complete.

The way I deafeated him was doing the jump attack.The way not to get hit by his stretchy arm thing is to jump right before he attacks then attack.You should be able to keep him away from the helicopter for a while.Be careful though if you stay on the ground for a too long venom will grab you and throw you. If his health is low he might throw you in the fire.Anyway,whenthe fire is every where punch him and run and repeat.(last venom battle only)

Just hide behind the helicopter when hits you go and hit him I finished the game
