Question for Ty the Tasmanian Tiger 2: Bush Rescue

I did the Bull in Bli Bli Station, and I don't know how I opened the portal. (I did the all 'rangs cheat.) Bull's Pen just opened at random; I walked past the machine and the movie started to play...

For ages and ages Julius had just been saying that I should visit all the portals. I did, and all the Thunder Eggs from each level.

Now I'm trying to open Crikey's Cove. I'm not having much luck. Julius keeps saying, "Make sure you visit all the portals." When I have visited all of them. I have got all the Thunder Eggs in the levels of Pippy Beach, and I am only missing 2 Cogs, but Cogs don't have anything to do with the Talisman Machine, do they?

If anyone can help me here, I'd be very grateful. Thanks in advance,

I had the exact same thing happen with me when I used the cheat to get all the boomerangs at the beginning of the game. It makes the game think you have already been to those portals and so wont let you back in. I ended up just doing the game over again without using the boomerang cheat, you can still use the one for health and the lines to show you where things are tho.
