If you look up you will see two wires in the air. Get up to them and grind one all the way along and you will eventually come off onto the roof. After that he has one more challenge, you have to get to him under the roof without touching the ground at all. All you have to do is get to the planter then do the same thing you do for his first challenge.
Go past the first planter then up the ramp against the wall at an angle so you grind on the high rails at the end of the rail quickly jump of and you're there
