To do the first part you have to
1.get lined up
2.get enough air [if you cannot get enough air enter this cheat][2the m00n][o=0 zero
3. Press ^+X while your wheels are touching the light.
PART TWO
1.while dropping from the air, press /+triangle button and hold all the way down[it may take a few tries
