Firstly, the ceremonial dive is at the third island and the area it is in is Ancient Theater. Once you have approached the Ancient Theater (once you have reached the third island and have made it this far) keep going until you come to this sort of cliff-like edge. It will say you can perform a ceremonial cliff dive of of there and you will then dive into the Tidal Pools. But, before you go performing ceremonial dives, there are certain things you need:
~MAX body skill and you need your energy level up to full!
Secondly, you find glass by going to the secret island called Crystal Island which you unlock by repairing the forge in the Temple Interior (third island) Once you repair the forge, a sign will come up and say" A NEW ISLAND HAS CAME FROM BELOW THE EARTH" or along those lines and it will also say go to West Beach and you swim out until it says Crystal Island. There you will find Fine Sand. Collect LOADS of fine sand and then go to the Temple Interior and there will be a working bench. I think it's either Tools or in Special...im not sure but it will be easy to work out and then craft the glass..
I hope this helped you and that I was clear enough!!!
