Does anyone know how to defeat King Snorky? I have knocked him in the water a million times and can't figure out what to do next!

Ok be lisa and go to the right water tank on the water tank there is a button press it and the top of the water tank close's climb the lader and climb the other lader and there is a boda thing for lisa go to it and go with the hand to the tank that has a jelly fish in it pick it up and put the jelly fish in the electric tank then put it below king snorky's tank then be bart and get the robo bart and hit the target keep doing it and you defeated king snorky.
