How do you get passive points in the skills menu?

You get passive skill points every time you level up.

You get Passive Skill points each time you use someone's passive move. For example, if you get Idrial to use a move in her Spirit Powers (which is her Passive Skill), like Gift of Elrond, you get a Passive Skill point. So the more you use a player's Passive Skill, the more Passive Skills you get.

Hello, do you get both spirit sp and passive sp for using something like gift of iladriel or loudwater fury?

Is both loudwater fury and gift of Iladriel considered passive skills.
