Tekken 5 is PS2 and Tekken 5: DA is PSP and PS3.
DA has; Differnt color costumes (although you can buy the orginal colors), 3 new characters, and more Items to buy in Character coustumazion.

Tekken 5 is only for PS2 and as for Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection as I know it's only for PSP and the only dofference is that the characters have different colours to their costumes.

Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection also has a few modes that Tekken 5 doesn't, such as Tekken Bowling, but it doesn't include the Devil Within minigame.
