No you cannot unlock Ogre in Tekken 5 but you can unlock him in Tekken 3.

No, I know that it sucks, but on Tekken 5, you cannot the big, mean Ogre. You can however, still fight the Ogre if you want to. All you have to do is get to...Chapter 5 I think it is of Devil Jin mode and when you beat the level, you will have to fight a boss. That boss will be...the Ogre. I am not fully sure if it is Chapter 5, but I am 100% percent sure that in one level in Devil Jin mode, you have to fight the Ogre.

You can go to the chapters and play as oger or true oger on tekken 3

You can't play as him on tekken 5 but you can still go to history and play as oger on tekken 3

Some people say that you have to beat story mode twice with every character. Yeah, twice. However I havn't tried this yet so I can't be certain
