Well if you have the directors cut version, you can get Roger in duggus forest in some cabin, look everywhere. Arbel joins you automatically, but leaves. Look there goona be an event that you have to meet the king of airyglyph then he tells you to go get a big air dragon.

Before doing that,( note you have to choose between roger, nel, or arbel) to get roger, go to samnit republic, to get arbel go to inn in peterny and sleep, to get nel don't do anything. For adray after sphere corp, visit aquarian queen to get adray.For the rest of the characters, well you either get them automatically.
