I am not very good at star ocean so I have been playing on earth mode. I am now at the part where I am headed to the Mosel ruins to make the negotiation between the two nations. However I only have Nel, Fayt, Cliff and Maria on my team. And I am almost certain that I have missed getting the other characters. Where do I get them? How do I do it? And is it too late now? PS I am perticularly interested in Albel and Roger and am willing to start the game again to get them.

ANSWERS

Roger is at Surferio which is before the desert. You can find him outside the triangle of houses with his friends (available at Chapter 2)

Albel is at Airyglyph. No you don't have to wait till Disc 2 to get him but you'll have to wait till' after the embassy to get him. Just wait till' after the meeting and then go to Airyglyph to get him automatically

Roger.
To get roger on your team. You need to head to the city of sefferio in the sanmite republic after rescuing ameena in the duggus forest. Once there simply talk to Roger and agree to help him.

Albel.
You can't get albel until the second disk and have been to gemity. Once at gemity head into the eternial sphere and head to Elicoor 2. Once there head to where you killed crossel. Albel will be beat him to get him. You also have to say no to Peppita coming with you on .
