Lost in Ancient Ruins of Mosel Underground

Okay, i'm after the part where the water gets drained and I have looked at multiple guides and none of them help.
 
 There are three exits that I can see. One to the very west, one in the center, and one to the east.
 
 I can only travel back and forth between the west and central exits.
 
 So, because i'm not getting anywhere, how do I get to the east exit? or how do I just get out of here?
 
 I've been roaming around for like 2 hours no and there are no save points. D: HELP PLEASE!

OK first off, after the water is drained your NOT done yet, there is a crysal near a door after you have drained the water, wait near it till one of the monsters that like the room comes near it, it will summon another boss, beat it or die to it, if you win go in and go through the place, you will fight a nova flare, a robin wind, and one of those watery monsters,there is a save point before the fight, then you go to a room where you play ruin chess, beat it then go down the stairs
Grab the stuff, don't know what to do with the things in there, but go outside the ruin area again, to the drained area, remember the path you rode the turtle on to get to the amoeba, follow it to the ramp you found the turtle, follow the path and go to the room where you met the king of whats it called, now LEAVE AND BE FREE....FLY AWAY LIKE A BIRDY
