Question for Sly 2: Band of Thieves

How do you beat the first boss, Dimitri or whatever? I've tried everything. Please help ASAP.

First run to the barrels. Demitri will attack until he burns himself. When this happens run to him and attack. Be sure only to hit twice then move away a little, as he will hit you back. When you've hit him enough times he'll run off. Repeat the above until you have defeated him. The barrels he hits might also contain a health point.

Just hide in the barrels if he will about to attack... And when he is not.. Keep attacked him... Good luck!!!
