Question 1:- how do I get rid of the blood on tonys suite?
Question 2:- is there a map or something to make it easy to find gangs?
Question 3:- can you jump?

Answer 1: Either, go to a Blood Bank, (The big red spots on the map.) or go to a dumpster, and some of the time it will say "Take a Piss." Once, he takes the piss, he will regain full health.
Answer 2: Press L2, then go to Empire, and move around until you find a Skull on the map. Then press R2 on it and it will place a marker on it so it will show you where it is when you're driving.
Answer 3: No.
