Answer 1: Either, go to a Blood Bank, (The big red spots on the map.) or go to a dumpster, and some of the time it will say "Take a Piss." Once, he takes the piss, he will regain full health.
Answer 2: Press L2, then go to Empire, and move around until you find a Skull on the map. Then press R2 on it and it will place a marker on it so it will show you where it is when you're driving.
Answer 3: No.

1. To get rid of blood stains you can either go to a blood bank and fill up you health, of you can go to the cheat menu and inter the cheat 'MEDIK' and then highlight it then press 'X'.
2. There is a map that helps you find the gangs, what you do is press L2 and select 'EMPIRE' and then you will see little skulls on the map, unless you have reached the part of the game where you no longer see them on the map but there are still gangs in Miami.
3. As for jumping, sorry but you can't jump in this game. But it's ok because there is really no need to jump in this game. Hope this helps, and good luck with finding all of the gangs.
