Date of Question: Jun 23 2008 | Question ID: 121503 I've got a couple of questions, and I would love it if they were answered. Yes, I don't have the game, but I'm getting it very soon. First, how many songs TOTAL are there on Rock Band. I saw a youtube video and it said on the main menu, or something like that, that whoever was playing had beaten a bunch of songs(don't know how many) out of 157! Are there really 157 songs or did this guy somehow download songs onto it. So I'll ask, can you download extra songs, if so, how? Are there that many songs already on the game, or do you unlock them as you go along, because the description on amazon.com said there were only 45 "licensed" songs. Second, I have been playing Guitar Hero 1, 2 and 3 for years, and I noticed that the older guitars for 1 and 2 had hard use strum bars that were sort of stiff and really sqeuaky and buttons that didn't press down to well (the game was for Playstation 2), but then I got GH3 for the Wii with a wireless guitar and the strum bar and buttons were really easy to use. Rock Band special edition costs more than double what it does for the Playstation 2, so I'm getting it for the PS2. Does anyone notice that the buttons or strum bar of their guitar doesn't work very well ( for the Rock Band for PS2), or is it just fine? Also, is the guitar wireless on PS2?Does the Rock Band for Wii cost so much more than the one for PS2 because it has worse graphics or what?
I hope these questions are answered so that I know what to buy, Thank you!
