He lives in fugi city at first. He is a yellow suv. He asks if you know of a new place to live, you tell him about mycity and he will move there. When he moves there he will have a japaneese looking building. If you were coming out of Q's take a left, take another left next to the parts shop. Its the second building past the parts shop.
