Sorry to say but what you heard about getting all the body's to get devil tyre's is a lie. To really get the devil tyre's you need to get All 100 stamp's. Yes it's a hard job but i have done it.it is hard i can say but very rewarding. Not only do you get the devil tyre's but you get a devil engine,devil rim's and devil tyre's. Belive me it is most rewarding because the devil engine goes up to the maximum speed 349km in 1 second. Yes one second, and with the devil tyre's you can ot slip on any terrian. The devil rims dont have a special power. But if you need help with the 100 stamps check the walkthrough's. P.S when you get 100 stamps go to the rainbow city place and go to where you will see a few rainbow rings. then you should see a white car that askes you for 100 stamps. after you show him the 100 stamps he will give you the devil stuff
