In papaya island go through the hole in the mountain, then go round the sort of horseshoe shaped path- keeping to the leftthen you'll see a jump, go over it and there will be a collection of houses, also a hole in the right hand side of the road, go through that and there will also be another collection of houses, I think in 1 of these houses there will be someone to do with the jet turbine
