How do I get the hemostatic medicine and give it to the guy in the begining.

You have to get the biohazard card. If you have that, skip this paragraph. If you don't know where that is, go all the way across the pathway in front of the palace as it's called, there's a gate there. Go through it. Make sure you have the steering wheel. Attach it to the hole in the stand. Turn it and the submarine will come up. Go in it and equip the sidepack. Then push or pull the lever. Get out and go down through the door. There will be two ways, go to Claire's right/ camera's left. Dodge the zombie. Go through the shutter and across the bridge. Once through the other shutter, go to Claire's right and ride the elevator up. Move the crane all the way forward, then all the way to the left. The crane will automatically pick up the crate. Go back down and push the button or whatever and the elevator will rise. Kill the zombies and grab the biohazard card there.

Head over to the military training facility. Dodge the worm (unless you killed it) and head in. There is a way up (unless you already got the bow gun), a brown door to the side, a closed shutter and another brown door at the end. Use the biohazard card to go through the closed shutter. Don't panic when it automatically closes again. Head through the door and dodge Alfred (He'll be using his sniper rifle). Run up the stairs and Alfred'll run away. Go through the door with the wolf imprint on it. Go forward and through the only silver metal door. The hemostatic medicine will be on the couch. You'll have to go through the brown door as Alfred makes it so. Then you'll have to get the submaachine guns and fight a bandersnatch. Steve will come after you "kill" it and finish it off. Then you'll get to fight as Steve. Once you fall, and the scene ends, go through the double brown doors, through the other door, past the worm and then make your way back to the guy.
