If you are talking about the room upstairs in the palace where you have to open the door with the gold luggers, the code is 1971.

Go up to the now avaliable machine and push the letters C and E. I find it funny to wait and watch Steve get tired, then let him out cause then he collapses to the floor. Hehe!
