Cornelia is the girl who transforms into the singing teenager right? Anyway just talk to her while transforming in the crates eventually you will see a flash of light then immediatley talk to her and she will ask you to keep her secret. Just tell me if that isn't Cornelia...

If you want to let Cecil join you, Cecil is the guy who plays with the doll and talks to it right? Anyway you first have to recruit Aidan and at least level him up until level 30 ,at least, cause I'm not sure anymore...I hope I was able to help you...
