How do you defeat the park owner?

Best answer as chosen by Asker / Ratings
Use your "Long Range Attack" and he'll be damaged. Keep reapeting until he says something(Collect the pizza if you want to complete the Secondary Objective). He'll move on while dropping bombs. At the end of the track will be a fishing rod grapple hook. Keep on doing this until he dies.
