When Leaving Mt. Saint Micheal..How do i beat the 2 headed dog?.

I broke all the leg and arm armor on the dog...but the head wont break...can I still kill it with the head armor on?

Before the battle make sure all of your magic is full and have 5 purple souls
As soon as the battle begins unleash all of your magic on it, then transform and slash until the bar is near empty. Then press triangle to do a shockwave and repeat.
