The Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X in the game is just shortened to Lancer Evolution.

I don't think either evo is a good car unless fully tweaked. I had ryo's evo and it was really loose. Same with the evo that was in nfs carbon. You could get the older evo if you want to make the evo from fast and the furious tokyo drift.

There are several good Grip Cars. The EVO X is good as high speed corners but has very poor handling at low speeds(Hairpin). It understeers&oversteers together!
Lotus Elise-It's a Tier 2 car and it can accelerate very quickly but too much horsepower would skid the rear wheels so it's hard to keep the rear "Grip"

Nissan GTR(R35)-I think this is the car with the best handling of all. With no major understeers or oversteers. The problem is that I can only do 764BHP after adding Stage 4 kits and tuning the Engine.

The Acura NSX is a good car with very good cornering, too. But it's too expensive! You can get a Nissan GTR R35 with $10000 less.
