Getting hide cars

OK well you know how there are hide cars like the bugatti veyron, mercedes benz, and other fast cars how do I get those easily it doesn't work 4 me

They can only be accessed by either getting the download patch (which annoyling is not available for the PS2 version) or be doing something known as "hex-editting" of which I don't know what you have to do for that.
