How do you unlock the cars in the challenge series like the lexus or the lotus europa or the plymouth road runner I can't figure it out I've beaten the game with tuner and muscle and exotic in career mode I've unlocked all the reward cards and I've beaten the challenge series and I want those cars can someone please help me?

You would have to go online and level up by beating other people. At level 50 you get the lotus europa( these cars you win are not costomizable but they are tuned).

I'm not sure of any bridge, but you have to beat career mode 100%, then they will be in the custom cars section.
