Question for Need for Speed Carbon

How do you unlock American Racing Torq-Thrust ll? I beat EVERYTHING and it won't unlock :L.

You have to beat a reward card. Then you'll unlock it.

There's two on of them is Angie's boss cards the other is from the reward cards

Hi you have to beat Angie and take the reward card unique tuning

Okay so turns out when you beat Angie, you have to choice the "unique" aftermarket card. Once you select it, you've unlock the AR Torq Thrust II rims. If you already completed the game then sadly you have to create a new alias and start a new career.
