I can't remember what playing with fire is but for prisoner escort I used gaara and lee.

With gaara just keep using sand wall and collecting chakra.if you can't find any more chakra and can't use sand wall anymore then change to lee and kill some of the attackers but let gaara collect the chakra.

Repeat until mission is clear.
