How do I beat the last two missions in D-Rank

I know it says to throw them but I don't know how to do that? Is there an easier way to beat it? If so feel free to tell me.

ANSWERS

Press the circle button and on the directional pad press the direction (left or right) you wan to throw them in or push the left analog stick in the direction you want to throw them in. It is as simple as that.

Juanx he means to throw the character, what you do use the attack button and the opposite direction of where he is, if you know what I mean, then once you throw them keep hitting circle, you then speed up and go behind them automattically and hit them back, they can substitute though and go behind you and hit you, when they substitute it still counts as 1 additional blow

Give them an additional blow or just keep on hitting them untill the start moving up/back
