Ummm.... You can, but not in ONE profile, you can only have one creted fighter per profile. So I guess you can create another profile, just to make another proflie, and if you want them to fight each other, you can make a "Versus" match, which means you and a friend fight with one each.
Sorry..... Thats the best I think you can do.
