You can find scatter fish in the farm and I think in the jungle area.

Scatter fish can be found in the last part of the dock in the farm and easily cought by their abundance (the small orange fishes) and snakebee larve can once again be found easiest in the farm. The farther you go in upgrading the beehive the more chance youll get a snakebee larve
