It depends on what you want it for, Sandstorm/Shotgun Blood are excellent support style guns, giving you access to status effect shots, as well as decent damage ones. If you're more of a pure damage kinda guy, there's always Spartacus Fire.

Now, you say you played it for a while, and I'm going to assume you had played online before so if you've still got some stuff from HR13+ you can make some better ones. Grenade Launcher/Titan Launcher for example, is an excellent light bowgun with great damage ammo, but it requires Dragonite Ore/gravios carapace, which are of course 13+ items.
