You hold down the R1 button right when the countdown for the race starts. Then, when it says GO!, you let go.(keep in mind that you should be holding down X all the while.)

John!!! answered:

When you buy a 69 Camaro, tune it up completly before taking it to the streets. Hold down R1. Hold x down. Relase the R1 button and watch the nose fly up.

Killer 75 answered:

All you have to do is fully upgrade a class C or B muscle car, then hold R1 and X and let go of only R1, and you will do a wheelie. I made the biggest wheelie with the Dodge Charger R/T.

Guest answered:

i use my 68 corrvette but if i hadnt of pointed the nose down like a dragster itd be pickin bothwheels off the ground everything on that car is suped up to the max

Guest answered:

Even 69 charger can do a wheelie but I don't know to other cars if they can lift their noses.
