Ok I beat every tournament. But I still don't have the hundred percent. Do I have to beat all the races and tournaments or what.

Have you gotten all the Rockstar symbols? If you haven't, get them all to get 100%. But if you already have gotten them all, I don't know what to tell you.

No, I beat MC3 remix and I have almost $2,000,000, it says I have 100% done, but I didn't get all rockstar symbols.
