Two disks?

I have followed the Metal Gear saga since the Playstation. I recently bout the three game set that includes Metal Gear: Solid Snake, Metal Gear 2: Substance, and Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistance. When I was looking at codes and strategy guides and FAQs, I realized that they said Subsistance had two disk but in my package I received one. Can anyone let me no what is going on with the game please??
