When you get the hammer it should show a scene of people dropping down, and of them searching for them. Using the hammer you must do a violent(yellow) and gruesome(red) kill.

That means get behind one of the crazies, and hold square/X long enough for the target thing to turn yellow, or red. You must do both, after you do one of each it should show a scene of a man dropping down carrying a bat. Now stick to the shadows, and wait for him to come to you, or go to him.

Do not let anyone see you! These people are very hard to lose, and even if you kill them, they re-spawn. Anyway, when you find the man with the bat, make sure no one's around, then kill him. Take his bat, the perform a hasty, violent, and a gruesome kill with it.

One of each kind. Hasty is when you go behind someone, and quickly press square/X, and I've already explained the other two kills.
