Hey, well to beat Piggsy, you need to stab him with the 3 things that you found ( 2 shards and a wooden stake ) and after that he should run away through a door, follow him and he will soon run up stairs and will mutter 2 himself.

Meanwhile you pick up a brick, go up the stairs and meet him, throw the brick at him. He will then turn around, which is what u then do, and run across a wire mesh thing on the floor.

The thing to do is get him to run over the mesh and it will creak and threaten to fall. He will then run away, and all u need to do is find him again, hit him with another brick.

He will run back up the stairs again and you just need to lure him onto the mesh again where it falls, and Piggsy is left dangling, Cash then picks his chainsaw up, saws Piggsys arms off and Piggsy will fall to his death. Easy ;)
