In order to get all the stars on each level (3 in fetish and 5 in hardcore) you'll have to work on your execution skills and timing. You have to perform a certain number of gruesome executions acorrding to the level and you only have a certain amount of time to do it in. You'll probably want to beat the game in fetish mode first so you can select scenes later to try and beat in hardcore mode. In hardcore mode you need 5 stars on each level to unlock codes.It's tedious work but the end result is well worth it!
