Maybe because their caproom is full and the team hasto pay them alot.

Delete them and make them over but don't put ne atributes and then go to the roster and put the atrributes for it the salary cap will stay the same and you're team wil be invincible and also you might have to take some out to put in the slot that you want hope I helped

Yes you can but make sure the team has enough salary cap
