Too answer you question, you will have to finish the Contract with the current coach until his period ends. It's the only way to do it. Other than that I am really sure they don't give/have the ability to 'fire' your coach which would have been a really good addition if the game had it, cause most the coaches are fakes and really can't help you nor your players play the game.
