The poo treasure is for animals. Press O on an animal and studs will come out. Fertilizer is....well I have no idea on that one. I think it's nothing really.

Fertilizer is the crucial for poo treasure when fertilizer is turned on pressing O/B will cause you animal too poo and with poo treasure on your animal will poo studs
