In motor cycle escape my artifact detector tells me to go to this place next to a bridge but ther's no artifact. How do I get it?

Fix the tractor in the room witht the bazooka, then drive it over the three "vegetable patches" around the middle bunker, drive over until 3 carrots pop up (they are numbered) then the artifact appears on the bridge
