This is incorrect. I just beat Hercules cup and the other ones available and still won't open. I don't have Hades cup yet so I assume you have to beat that as well. So all of themInvisible answered:
Gamerz Faqz... beat the Phil, Pegasus, and Hercules Cups to open the chest (It contains the OLYMPIA keyblade).
