How do you beat Hades he doesn't take any damage and where do you get the Ragnorok....

When you battle him you have to hit him in the back with either fire ice or with you keyblade.

Uh... you already have Ragnarok if you're fighting Hades!!!
You get Ragnarok for beating Riku/Ansem at Hollow Bastion. To beat Hades, you must first slash away. When he uses a flamethrower attack (not spinning&blue hair. Basically just shooting fire from arms), jump above the flames and slash away! Like Sephiroth, it takes a little bit to really do damage. At points, his hair will turn orange and he'll go to the middle. Then, he'll spin around with flames jutting from his arms. Run just ahead of the flame (NOTE: he's invunerable while doing so).
When you attack, he'll whack you back, then (possibly) send a fireball at you. Loyal Donald and Goofy might take it if they're in it's way. This will basically repeat until he is gone. Your gravity spell is upgraded and you get ANSEM'S REPORT 8.

Cast Aeroga on yourself. forget about goofy and donald.(i know it sounds harsh, but they cast spells on themselves).
When he starts the fire attack ( he has fire coming out of his arms and you get hit, no matter what) just stand there, trust me. Hwatever you do, DO NOT CAST FIRE.
IF YOU DO, YOU ARE LIKE CASTING CURE ON HIM. when your defense fades, cast it again.
Cast blizzardga on him only when he chasing you w/ firey hands.
Use the keyblade to attack him the rest of the time.
You get Ragnorok after you beat Riku the second time.
