TO GET LEON IN UNDER GROUND CAVERN
Okay all's you do is go to the second district and you will see a small water way.
At the end of that water way there is bars in front of those bars, there is a red trinity.
Use that red trinity and sora donald and goofy will ram into the bars, allowing you to go through you will have to swim but you cant miss him
